We endeavor to keep our site as easy and customer friendly as possible so if you have any issues please contact us by either filling out the form on the "contact us" page or emailing us at support@ominim.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries posted within 1 working day.

All files are zip files which can be unzipped on a Mac by using the Bom Archive Helper (the default archive file handler in OSX), simply open the file & your Mac will do the rest or by using Stuffit Expander. PC users can use Winzip. Stuffit and Winzip are freeware and can be downloaded off the internet.

If there is any error or glitch in a downloaded file please contact us detailing any specific errors so we can resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Sometimes a browser will automatically unzip a downloaded file. So if you experience problems finding a downloaded file try a search using the artist name and project name.

In case of any network disruption during downloading, the file should remain in your download manager so any incomplete downloads should continue when you reconnect.

Ominim Records Ltd. is not responsible for any purchase after downloading is complete. This includes accidental, incidental or intentional deletion, loss, misuse or any other foreseeable or unforeseeable action resulting in loss or damage. This does not affect you statutory rights. However, as downloads are delivered free of any DRM we advise that you keep backups of all your Ominim Downloads in case of any of the aforementioned occurrences.

Payment and Security

Ominim Records Ltd. uses a company called Nochex to manage all download shop credit and debit card transactions. Each purchase will appear as 'nochex ltd.' on your credit card/bank statement. Nochex accept the following credit cards: Master-Card, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron, Maestro.

You will be taken to an Ominim page on their site when paying for a download.

They have a comprehensive security system in place plus a huge anti fraud system. This does mean you will have to re-enter your details for repeat buying, but it's worth it for this level of security.
